No template trips: your route and where you stay are chosen for you, around your dates, pace and budget.

Message us with your dates, arrival and departure times, the number of travelers, your interests, budget and what you look for in a place to stay.

Agree on our help and the fee
Before you pay, we explain what our help includes and agree the planning fee with you.

A shared chat with your guide
After payment, we set up a shared chat with you, WILDWARD and a local guide we agree on together. The guide’s tours and transport are not part of the planning fee; you book them directly with the guide.

Your trip, day by day
We plan each day around your flights: activities, rest, transfers, and an arrival day and departure day that leave room to breathe.

A place to stay that fits
We help you choose accommodation by budget, comfort, wishes and location along the route. You book directly with the property.

In touch during your trip
Informational support on the agreed trip dates is always included in the planning fee. We agree the contact channel, availability hours and expected response time before payment.
Accommodation, transport, activities and guide services are booked and paid separately, directly with providers. Activities in your day plan are suggestions, not services included in the planning fee.
Pricing
A quote made for your trip.
Personalized quote
The planning fee depends on your destination, trip length and how detailed a plan you need. We send you a personalized quote, and you decide whether to go ahead. Before any paid work starts, the quote also sets the plan format, preparation time and number of revisions. Informational support during your trip is always included.
Travel costs are separate
The planning fee does not include travel services. Accommodation, transportation, entrance tickets, activities and local guides are booked and paid for separately, directly with independent providers.
Transparent recommendations
We recommend providers we consider worth contacting, and you are free to book with anyone. If we may receive a referral commission from a provider, we tell you.
Support during your trip
Still with you on the road.
- What does in-trip support include?
- We stay in touch throughout your trip on the agreed dates, answering itinerary questions, sharing practical recommendations and suggesting alternatives if plans change. Informational support is included in your personal travel planning fee.
- When and how can I reach WILDWARD?
- We agree the contact channel, availability hours and expected response time before payment. Support covers the trip dates we agree with you.
- How many changes to the plan are included?
- The number of revisions is part of your quote, so you know it before paying. Support during the trip is included in the planning fee.
- Can you change my bookings or help in an emergency?
- No. Support is informational: your bookings stay between you and your providers, and it does not replace emergency services, your insurer or your providers.
Our role
Clear about who does what.
WILDWARD TRAVEL provides travel planning and informational consulting services. Independent providers are responsible for the travel services they contract to deliver. Customers arrange bookings and payments directly with their selected providers. WILDWARD remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.
