WILDWARD Travel provides travel planning and destination information. Please read this before using our itineraries, budget estimates and recommendations.

Our role

WILDWARD TRAVEL provides travel planning and informational consulting services. Independent providers are responsible for the travel services they contract to deliver. Customers arrange bookings and payments directly with their selected providers. WILDWARD remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.

Suggested itineraries are not packages

Itineraries on this site are suggestions for travel planning purposes. They are not packages sold or operated by WILDWARD. Transportation, accommodation, guided activities and other travel services are arranged separately with independent local providers.

Information support during your trip

Informational support during your trip is included in the planning fee: on the agreed dates, we answer questions and suggest options if plans change. Decisions, bookings and payments remain between you and your providers, and support is not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services, your insurer and your providers.

Estimates are estimates

Budgets, durations and costs are estimates based on the information available when they were prepared. They are not offers or quotes from providers, and actual prices may differ. Where an estimate is not ready yet, we say so.

Recommended providers

We recommend independent providers we consider worth contacting, based on our research and the information available to us. We cannot guarantee their availability, prices, or the quality and safety of their services. Check reviews, licences where relevant, and terms before you book. If we may receive a referral commission from a provider, we tell you.

Adventure activities and safety

Activities such as ATV rides, white-water rafting and volcano sunrise trips carry risks. Make sure an activity suits your health and abilities, follow the provider’s safety instructions, and check that your travel insurance covers the activities you plan.

Travel requirements

Entry rules, visas, health requirements and local regulations change. Check them with official sources before you travel.
