These terms apply to your use of wildwardtravel.com and to the travel planning services offered by WILDWARD Travel.

Our role

WILDWARD TRAVEL provides travel planning and informational consulting services. Independent providers are responsible for the travel services they contract to deliver. Customers arrange bookings and payments directly with their selected providers. WILDWARD remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.

Website content

Destination guides, suggested itineraries and budget estimates on this site are provided for information and travel planning. They are not offers to sell travel services. Conditions, prices, opening hours and entry requirements change, so check important details with providers and official sources before you travel.

Travel planning services

Travel planning is a paid service provided on the basis of a personalized quote. Before any paid work starts, we agree with you what the plan will include, its format, the preparation time, the number of revisions and the fee. Sending a request through the site is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

Information support during your trip

Informational support during your trip is included in the personal travel planning fee. On the agreed trip dates, WILDWARD stays in touch to answer questions about your itinerary, give practical recommendations and suggest alternatives if plans change. The contact channel, availability hours and expected response time are agreed before payment. Support is informational: it does not include managing your bookings, emergency assistance or the delivery of travel services.

Independent providers

Guides, accommodation, transport and activity providers we recommend are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. When you book with them, you enter into a contract directly with that provider under its own terms, and you pay the provider directly. We do not take payments or deposits on behalf of providers. Please read their terms, cancellation and safety policies before you book.

Referral commissions

Some providers may pay us a referral commission when you book with them. Where this applies, we tell you.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about your plans and needs. You are responsible for your travel documents, visas, travel insurance and health requirements, and for deciding whether activities suit your health and abilities.

Responsibility

WILDWARD is responsible for providing its own services with reasonable care and skill. Independent providers are responsible for the travel services they contract to deliver. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Content and intellectual property

Texts, itineraries, images and the WILDWARD name and logo belong to WILDWARD Travel or are used with permission. You may use them for your own travel planning; please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
